I don’t understand your idea, because the sign can see only not blind people :] For blind people sign what you have presented will be read like; star, star, star…. And on braille keyboard people will read not WWW acronym but star, star, star again :] To keep access for everyone to your starts you should add title to them, for example: ‘WWW with braille - ASCII art’ or something like this.

I never thought a blind person knowing Brailled can get some use out of this graphical representation of “WWW”, but I think you’re right - I should put some title on that, so at he/she can understand what it says.
As for the second point, I don’t quite get it - how can you “read” from Braille keyboard?

Simple, by putting hands or rather fingers at Braille keyboard so you fell letters, that’s all :]

OK, you mean a regular PC keyboard with Braille markings? But this is not really how blind people are typing in Braille - they use a special Braille writer, with a little keys, but it’s faster to type on.

As far as I know - mostly from blind people - this is hard to write on and requires constant concentration. The 6-key writes above is much faster to use, once you learn it. Also it can be used without a computer, as it’s a punch machine.
